That turns out to be the same amount. $75 a week for two people is 300 a month.
Your estimate was 150 per person equaling 300 per month.
As I stated in my other post we feel we should not file any bankruptcy at all and make payment plans with the collection/creditors individually that will still allow us a somewhat comfortable life. We know we will have to let some just go and deal with the biggest ones first. Either way our credit report right now is bad showing only 9 current accounts out of 19. Nine we are able to never be late and keep up with. Others are in collection already and some are 120 + delinquent. Most of the debt was incurred by my husband before we married. We are 30 and 33 and really want to start having kids but its hard when you don't know how youre going to live and pay all the bills too. The hard reality is we don't qualify for 7 right now and really can't afford the restraints of a 13. We have to let some slide. Do they really come off our credit report 7 years after last date of activity? Assuming its called bad debt, charge off etc....?
