I need to file a Motion with the court, to Incur debt. We are in Cpter13
and want to refinance our house, the Trustee's office said we could file
this motion, without an attorney, but would not tell us what we had to
do to do so.... any help out there ???

The contents of these motions vary tremendously from jurisdiction
to jurisdiction. If the Trustee says it's so easy, I'd suggest
that he/she could provide you with a form for it.

It isn't meant to be legal advice and you shouldn't treat it as
such. If you want legal advice, speak with a local lawyer
familiar with your state's laws who can review *all* of the facts
and the law applicable to your situation.
