When you fill out the chatper 7 appplication, do you have to give your
real residence address, or is a mailing address OK.

I have a creditor who I think could try to harrass me at home if I
gave out my home address.

I don't know what you mean by a Chapter 7 "application." If
you're referring to the petition, you need to provide your actual
address. You can also select a mailing address for notices and
the like to be sent to you.

It sounds as if you don't have an attorney, particularly given
your concerns about post-filing harassment by a creditor. I can't
emphasize strongly enough how important it is for you to be
represented by a lawyer during this process, and recommend that
you retain one to take care of these matters.
