I tried the best I could, but my situation has turn from bad to worst.
First, while I had some money remaining, I tried the CCC, but I was so
immerse in debt and with no income that I looked for CH13, that was not good
enough in my situation, so I thought that Ch7 could be the way to go... so I
went to the attorney and I found that I had no money enough even to pay
attorney's fees, I don't mean they were execive, I just don't have the
money, although I was offered a two payments plan. Creditors are still
calling with soft voices and pretending understanding, some of them are
offering me to set a deal. But I only can get about 80 dlls each week... and
that is some times, hardly enough to pay the phone, some food, gasoline,
internet and the cell ph (I depend on them). A relative is helping me to
stay here paying no rent, light or water ( in return I'm helping in some
home improvements).
The question is:
What will happen if I just stop to make payments (what I'm doing right now),
without filling bankruptcy?
What should I do? what to tell them on the phone? my debt is on the 50k and
I just can't make the money I used to in the last 10 years. My credit was
excellent since then (10 y) until last month, well until las December, but I
moved the cards in sucha way that I could stand until June.
I got no asses at all, just my old truck, a big TV and my musician's
equipment.
If there's no jobs, there's no money to spend at night clubs, if there's no
night clubs enough income there's no money to pay musicians... so there's no
money for me, just for the jukebox :-( . I tried to switch to DJ using my
equipment, but even there now nights clubs have theirs and they don't need
me. I've been robed couple of times and clubs gave me nothing, they just
kicked my... proud.
I took some cash advances to repay dues in the last three or four months.
So, once again:
What will happen if I just stop to make payments without filling
bankruptcy?
Thanks a lot
