We need a motion filed with the court to refinance our house, the motion
would be to incur debt, even though we would be getting out of debt?
It would pay off our BK13, and it would drop our interest on our house
from 16% to 8%, and it would lower our payments from 1900. a month to
850 a month. Do we have to use our same lawyer that filed for us, or can
we use another one???

It isn't meant to be legal advice and you shouldn't treat it as
such. If you want legal advice, speak with a local lawyer
familiar with your state's laws who can review *all* of the facts
and the law applicable to your situation.
