Is it possible to hire a lawyer to get you through a bankrutcy chapter
7 who does NOT go with you to the creditors meeting? Do you have to
ask about this specifically when hiring someone or is it always
included?

thank u,

It is almost always included. Why would you want it to be
otherwise?

The Small Print: This response is for discussion purposes only.
It isn't meant to be legal advice and you shouldn't treat it as
such. If you want legal advice, speak with a local lawyer
familiar with your state's laws who can review *all* of the facts
and the law applicable to your situation.

I wouldnt want it to be otherwise. the lawyer I want to hire said he
doesnt go personally to the meeting. he sends someone to go for him,
who I hope is a lawyer too.

thank u,
