Hi...

We filed chapter 13 will be two years this November and we just got a
statement from one of our creditors wanting a payment.
They are on the list that was put in the chapter 13,I thought they were
not suppose to send out statements while in chapter 13.
It might just be a mistake they sent it out by accident.

Any thoughts

You should turn this over to your BK attorney, pronto. That's what
you're paying him/her for. Your attorney will find out if was a
genuine accident, or if the creditor was trying to bend the law.
