I saw where it passed the senate, and was in the house committe? Brett
I saw you previous post about July 29 date?

His congress in recess for the summer at this time? What's the update?

Thanks in advance,

There's nothing new to report. (And the bill has passed the
House, not the Senate).

I have a feeling it won't pass. I think the opponents of the bill (mostly
Democrats) will have enough votes to prevent it from being brought up.

Any word on how he was going to vote, pro or con? I've been checking
out a few senate calendar's and trying to get some enough and it seems
so far BARF isn't on the calendar to be voted on yet. I wonder if
it's staleld in committee? Does anyone know if they left the 6 month
grace period in before it's inacted, making it Jan. 2004 before it
went into effect? Of course it doesn't matter anyway since anyone who
files before the law goes into effect would be subject to the old
rules under grandfathering anyway.
