1. If I list my profession as student, am I able to exempt my
computer?

2. Since I built the computer myself, should I just compare it to
comparable systems for a price?

3. If I were to list something (Say books for example) under two
exemption laws (eg. Wildcard, and the typical book exemption, how do I
show that they are two different laws. In other words, how would it
appear on paper? Should I just use a comma in between the different
laws, or what?

4. How do creditors usually respond when you inform them you are
going to file or have filed for bankruptcy?

Thank you all again, so mucb in advance...

Most of my ceditors simply stopped caling me.

The creditor for the car came and got it immediately as I stated that I did not
want to keep it.

Sears and Circuit City kept attempting to get me to come to an agreement on
very small amounts of money they felt that I owed them since they have a clause
on their credit cards that states they have a vested interest in the merchadise
until it is paid off. They each sent several letters to my attorney and we
ignored them. I have been discharged and it is 182 days since I filed and I
haven't heard anymore from them. If they attempt to sue I will give back the
merchadise.

Good luck to you,
