While in a Chapter 13, that has not been confirmed yet, Can I do a
inter-property transfer? This is where I move, but no fee's are accessed
because of the two apartments being owned by the same company. All deposits
will transfer, I will not profit from move at all. The only expense will be
the movers, which is under $200, and the transfer fee's which are billed
later by the utilities. I'm moving because of closer proximity to work, I
work in two hospitals, and this is in between them, which is less in gas
money for me.

It is unlikely that there would be a problem, but you should check
with your attorney before you do anything.
