I have been doing a little research, and I know it you will never get
a straight answer from an attorney, but CC have been battling gamblers
for years. It's a sad state, like giving gas to an arsonist, and
later asking for gas back.

CC may contest, if you try and file BK 7, but they are SOL if you file
BK13.
