Thanks for the advice, I have located an attorney via the AARP and after
consulting with him will be filing for Ch. 7 soon. If you are age 50
or over, the AARP offers many terrific programs including legal and a
new prescription drug program. Definitely worth the small annual
membership fee. Go to:
