I started employment with my company in 2000 in Montana. In 2004 I was promoted and accepted a position in Washington. I signed no additional paperwork with the promotion. (offer letter, prinicipals of employment)I was recently terminated and have now moved back to Montana. I am preparing to submit a discrimination claim. What state Human Rights department would have jurisdiction?
