Here is my story working for my wonderful company I was injured working overnights and had surgery the day before thanksgiving, my company did not send me to their doctor when i alerted them i was injured, wc told me to stay with the doctor i already had, well long story short they denied me, worried about reinjuring myself when i got back to work (due to them already denying me once and hurting my feelings financially) i was trying to lift things different and hurt my back on the job went to their doctor now and got denied again already have an attorney trying to figure out if this is normal procedure for the insurance companies? Living in south carolina.
