Does Florida has any employment protection laws that is not provided by the federal system? If so, can you please give me a sample list for research?

What do you mean by employment protection laws? That's a pretty big subject.

The assignment for my Basic Law class is to define an employment law which has been passed in the State of Florida but is not covered by Fed laws.

Similarly to the same sex laws that has passed in some states, but is not covered by a Fed law. (But in our case we are studying Employment laws.

Facts are not required, I would be able to research this if I knew of at least two laws. I need someone to point a path out for me.
