I live in florida and i am having issues with my supervisor. she is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. we have had several disagreements and i am afraid of being fired. i have been with the company for 2yrs and have earned numerous awards for my work. if i am fired can i collect unemployment.

That is not a question anyone here can answer. You can certainly file a claim and depending on what you are fired for, will enable the UEI board to make a determination on whether you can collect on benefits. Usually unless you have been fired for gross misconduct or have violated company policy in some way, there is a good chance you could be granted benefits. But that is not a guarentee either, again everthing hinges the reason for your termination and how the board sees it.
No one but a UI adjudicator in your state can say for certain. The likelihood is that if you are fired for no reason except a disagreement with your supervisor you will be able to collect but it will depend on the exact circumstances.
