i recently bought food at concession stand where i saw a 12yr old, 7 yr old
operating a cash register and running out orders to customers. is this legal?
there were adults around, one of them seemed to be one of the childrens parents. if it is illegal what actions could i take?

If it is a family business though, chances are it is legal provided the children aren't operating dangerous equipment.
