I work for a small non-profit governed by a Board of Directors. The President of the organization that I work for is a documented bully. Every person who has ever worked here has reported him with no action taken by the Board. When he finds out that he has been reported he does not let up until you quit. I have played my cards right and spent the better part of a year documenting the fact that he buying personal items on the company credit card and trading out accounts to benefit himself not the company. I have also produced documentation of sexually explicit emails between him and a current board member. There are also allegations from a former employee who has come forward alledging criminal behavior on the part of the President. I have gone to the board with all of this information and they assure me that they are working on it and to give them time to sort out the mess. In the meantime he is getting more and more aggressive toward me and has password protected the office computers (now I can't do my basic job without him unlocking the computer) He is really bullying me and going over my work with a fine tooth comb looking for errors. One of the members of the Board admitted to me that everybody who have ever worked here has gone to the board with complaints about his behavior. Do I have a case if I lose my job? I can back up everything that I went to the board about.
