I live in Tennessee with my wife and children. We refinanced our home two years ago. It is a mobile home on a 1/2 acre lot. When we refinanced the home the bank sent us the title. All leins have been signed off and it has been notarized. My question is this. Legally do we own the home. And the property is under mortgage.

You can take the deed to an attorney to interpret. But it sounds like you are the legal owner subject to the bank's mortgage, which is a secured interest in the property.
