At the local Grocery store I work at they have been keeping school kids late, one till 2 am on a school night during the KATs testing. The justification when I brought it up was he was 18, well they have been keeping some till 12 am that are not 18 and was wondering if this is legal and who I should contact if it aint. One of our high school boys have already quit school and now works full time at the store. I just want to know if this is leagal or not.
