I recently relocated to South Carolina and am an extremely non-religious liberal. However, since I have been at work, it seems as though people constantly discuss religion and politics, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. I have an office mate who wears 'Love Jesus or Die' shirts as well as listens to Christian rock. I am unsure of whether the constant discussions of religion are considered harassment, for I do not hold these beliefs. Please advise the appropriate actions.

This could be seen as religious discrimination/harassment. You can read more about discrimination on the basis of religion at: www.eeoc.gov (http://www.eeoc.gov). The site also tells you how to file a complaint.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
