:D i work for a trucking waerhouse in south carolina the office worker said that they do not pay over time pay last year i had work 36hr over time over 8 mouths time before i got paid for it i was out of work for 6 weeks under doctro care that is when i got paid for it if i work 1 or 10hr over 40 what can i do about it with out getting firded over it

If you are not receiving overtime pay when you work over 40 hours in a workweek, you can file a claim with the state Dept. of Labor. If you are receive disparate treatment or are fired because you filed the claim, you would also likely have a wrongful termination case.
