Is a life estate still valid if the person who had the life estate moves out of the house and remarries? This person home in question is in Minnesota.

Well life estate usually means they stay on the property or maintain the property, and life estate does not mean free, but stay/maintain and can stay as long as that is done. I suggest you get the life estate paperwork, be it in a deed, a will, etc...and take to an attorney for review, but unless there is some kind of stay/maintenance going on, probably an abandoned life estate based on what you are saying.
