State of PA. I met a male, self employed another state. He moved here late 2002, selling his home, (i knew this) and landscaping equipment(without my consent). He was to resume a business in PA, we would buy a house together & get married. Due to him owing a lot of $$ in the other state, he didnt have much cash for a house. He found a brand new double wide trailer for 60K, putting down 19K. The mortgage and double wide is in my name only. He didnt want anything in his name. I was living in a rental 4 bdroom house.
We have not gotten married because he has not lived up to his end of the deal. No Mr. Mom. No business, no job, no income. He is 24 hour internet. A real Oscar Madison. We never consummated the relationship.
He keeps throwing the 19k in my face. I have detailed $$ I have spent since October 2002 typed out in a letter to him today. Along with a deadline of him getting out July 1, 2006.
How do I get myself out of this mess?

Technically speaking, you own the place. So be prepared to go to court and to legally evict him. He will say that he contributed 19K and you should be able to show how you spent at least 19K on his living there--- getting around money, value of rent, board and incidentals, car usage, etc.... He will claim an ownership interest in the property, but when he put it in your name he lost that argument. Also, you are not married, so there is no real way to claim an interest because of that. I suggest consulting an attorney to be prepared and strategize the best way to proceed.
