I have been working for my company for 2 years and I plan on giving 4 weeks notice of my resignation shortly. However, I was wondering if my boss were to tell me to leave immediately upon me giving notice, would he be obligated under any Florida labor laws to pay me through the 4 weeks that I had given notice for.
