I have a question regarding salaried non-exempt workers. I am aware that under the FLSA, the fluctuating workweek method of halftime is legal. However, are there any states that this method of paying overtime is illegal - that we must pay time and one-half? I am interested in all states, but specifically Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Mass., Nevada, and Michigan.
