hello,
My fiance is currently working for a company in florida.The bathroom has been on the frits lately and she has been complaining about having to put her hand in the back tank to fix it if it decides not to work.Well tonight before she went in they call and tell her that the toilet is broken,that she connot leave the store to go to the restroom,and that if she does need to use the bathroom to line the trash can with three liners and use that!This can't possibly be legal,right?

This is not my area of expertise, so all I have to say is EEEEEWWWWWW!!!!!!! :eek:

Oh, I did just think that the city Health Dept. would probably have requirements for bathroom facilities for businesses. Maybe start by checking with them.
