Ok i am sooo sick of fighting with my sister over this and at a dinner party last night we had it out again lol. Does anyone know for a fact in Georgia what the legal age of consent is. She swears at the age 16 you can have sex with anyone you like. I thought at 16 they can only be a few years older than you. Does anyone know for a fact what it is?? I have spoke with two lawyers trying to put this at rest and she also spoke with a few people in law but noone can agree on the same thing lol. I just want to prove her wrong to be honest but this is getting old. I am ready to move on to a new fight lol which always ends up happening. We have looked it up many times but it just makes me more confused. From what i got last she might be right and you can have sex with who you want at 16 which scares me. I thought it was 18 to have sex with anyone of any age. Most the time someone 18 isnt even ready lol. Thanks for any help in advance!!! Sorry if posted in the wrong place!
