:confused: I posted a thread about my problem last month about the ongoing harassment from my neighbor,And I was told what i should do and i did(write a complaint to the manager/owner of my mobile home park and have everyone sign it and give everyone a copy) So today the manager came to my house and we were talking about it and she told me "if i call the police on my neighbor she will evict me no matter what because it's against park rule's and I signed a lease that said tenants are not aloud to call police on other tenants!" But I have a copy of my lease and it dose not say that what so ever!And the manager also said that the park has a hotel/motel licences so you have to get out within 24 hours...
So I Just wanted to know if what the manager said is true about me getting kicked out of my home for defending myself by calling the cop'sand if mobile home park's can have hotel/motel licences?
I feel i have a right to call the police on someone when they come in to my yard and tell me they are going to stab me and Have there Son beat up my husband.My neighbor also hit my dog with a large stick as well as my car's.
I Just want to know if i have to live like this until i can afford to move?
and Should i just get a lawyer?!

You should get a lawyer because this manager is making it up and hoping you believe it. You cannot be told to not call the police for a legitimate matter. Also, your lease governs, so if you follow the terms of the lease, it is irrelevant they have a hotel-motel license.
