I need to know what process would I need to go through for my situation. The studio I work at has many of the workers clock out for a break but still have us work. even the managers clock out while still working due to the continous flow of customers. Recently our DM and regional Manager came in and didnt set time out for breaks. I worked a 7.5 hour day without any break that day. They, themselves didnt have a break. Also there has been instances where my break was deducted from my pay without me taking a break. what can I do?

And when you say "break" are you talking about rest breaks or your meal period?

Sounds very fishy to me.

Sounds like they are trying to keep records of things that didn't happen for legal pruposes.
