i was hurt on the job at work and had a few simple questions that noone seem to be able to answer. are supposed to be payed for all time regarding the care and rehabilitation of your injuries. and what about travel time/medical expenses. i originaly was told they pay for time and now that this has went on for 3 months the say that they dont.

also my job required lots of over time and the position still does 70-80 hours per week. my lifestyle was built around that and became reliant on those hour. i fell 25 feet to concrete and broke my foot in 5 places one of which required surgery. they made me burn vacation day to cover two days i took off after my falland three days after my surgery before i returned to light duty. where i am am at 40hours. my average checks last year were 1500-1800 now they are 790. please help i cant even pay my monthly biils let alone survive.
