I live in North Carolina and I have worked at a restaraunt for two years. Which I enjoyed until they hired another manager named Juan. He was ok at first, until one time he did hit on me he looked me up and down and smiled real big at me. He has done stuff with girls at work and been drunk there before and he was so mean to me because I was not gonna lower my self to that. so he complained to the part owner, so i quit.. now tell me theres not something wrong with that. Juan always picked out little things that was wrong with what i had done, although that was the way i was trained.

Unless you are his supervisor, what he does with others isn't relevant. If he did something to you then you needed to report it to your manager or the owner or someone in authority. You were also well within your rights to quit and get out of the situation entirely.

If you quit your job because your supervisor was mean to you because you rebuffed his sexual advance, you might have a claim of constructive discharge because of sexual harassment. You should talk with EEOC or your state human rights agency.
