Hi,
Yesterday, my mother came to me with some disturbing news. She bought into another time share. When I looked at her contract, she had actually signed away her timeshare for something called points, which can be used for vacations.
English is my mother’s second or third language. She didn’t understand the contract that she signed. I think that the salesman may have pushed her into it.
She thinks that under GA law, she has 72 hours to rethink the transaction.
Is this true?
Thank you for any help.
