Im about to be 16 in 8 days and i was wondering what all i need to do to get emancipated.. im living in a foster home and i live in oklahoma where there is no emancipation age restriction.. but i was wondering if anyone can help me.. Im stuck in the middle of DHS's crap and my Foster parents crap and i have a way to finacially support myself and a place to live if i get emancipated.

You need to find out the court to file in for your county- it varies. Sometimes it is juvenile court and in some places, family law court or civil division of regular court. I also suggest making sure you have support for this petition- maybe a school counselor, teachers, other respected adults. You may want to ask the court to appoint you counsel or a guardian ad litem, or consult Legal Aid or Legal Services to see if they can represent you for free.
