Hi, my husband works for a fairly large lumber production company as swing shift lead millwright. Two months ago he complained about the dayshift lead millwright and supervisor because they were demeaning his (my husbands) ability to do his job and saying the production crew complaints were about him. Complaints were about an employee who has the same first and similar last name as my husband's. Vice President of the company took care of the harassment, but since then has resigned the position.

Now same lead millwright is harassing my husband again and broke into his locker because he thought all the tools in my husbands locker belonged to the company. My husband came to this current job with his own tools, etc. Lock and hasp was broken off completely.

Does this look like continued harassment under Washington State law? I am very frustrated with this whole situation. Any help would be very appreciated.

Nothing you have described constitutes illegal harassment.

IF your husband put his own lock on the locker, he might be able to call the police about the broken lock.
