ive been a full time employee at a hotel in oklahoma for almost 2 years im taking my vacation starting this weekend and im not getting paid its going to finacially kill me to do this but im very over worked and i need a vacation is there a law stating that i get vacation pay?? why even call it a vacation if i have to take off but not get paid please someone let me know

It's called a vacation because you aren't working. There is no law in ANY state that requires an employer to provide any type of paid time off. Did you not know the employer did not offer paid vacation until now? :confused:
