Montana - don't want ex-husbands mistress on my ranch. I don't want anything to do with her, when the couple times I've had a run in with her she tries to provoke trouble and I don't want her out here at my home.
He gets visitation and is to return the children home to me on Sunday evenings - is there anything legal I can do to keep her from coming onto my property? Do I need to post No Trespassing signs? Will that even help?
I have a restraining order against the ex - except for the Sunday drop off.
Can I get a restraining order to keep her away from me? I have to drop the children off at her house as that is now officially his new address - but I stay by my vehicle in the driveway and have asked him not to ask me to drop them off to her.
He wasn't going to be there at the designated time for visitation one time so I didn't leave the children, I took them to my Aunts and he wouldn't go there to pick them up and wouldn't return my calls to arrange another option. Now the last time he actually kept his visitation appointment, he brought them home to me with her driving, and wouldn't leave them at the house with my 18 year old daughter - I was out feeding the livestock and they drove around my ranch 'looking for you to make sure you were home'.

Ask him to not bring her to dropoff or do dropoff in a neutral location like Walmart or McDonalds parking lot or mall parking lot.

I was planning on asking that she not come out (I live way out in the country - I drop the children with him - he returns them for the weekend part) but as I said she likes to start/cause trouble - wondering what I can do if she continues to come out.
I already transport the children for the other visits and we tried a neutral local for some period (he would only agree to the Police Station) but he's not paying child support (refuses to make the payments) and I'm already spending lots of money on child care and gas expense to cover for him... and with the lawyer bills I have not extra money to make additional trips to town.
