Our comapany changed our pay scale so that we get a net pay of 700.00 a week no matter how many hrs we work. In the winter months our hours are no more then 6-8 hrs a day, we work 5 days a week. In the spring through fall our hours can be as much as 14 a day. Is this legal. I live in Kentucky.

Assuming you are nonexempt (i.e., eligible for overtime), this can be legal if administered properly. See here:
