My husband has been working at his current job for almost 2 years. The company he works for is a small food delievery company in Boaz called Fast Fixins. My husband has been being called fat, lazy, and told all he does is eat all day in front of other co-workers by an office worker. I have signed affidavits from the other co-workers stating they have been present at these times. Is There Anything We Can Do? :(

No, there isn't. It's rude and it's unprofessional but it does not violate any laws. It's not illegal to be a jerk.

He can take whatever internal resources might be available within the company, but he can't take any legal action.
