my sons father took my son away from me and filed an emergency order of protection for himself and my son on accounts of i supposedly abused my son what can i do to get my son back wont allow visitation or contact court date was set for april 20 filed a pro se motion against him and they set the date down to april 13 what am i looking at to get my son back need advice dont know what to do i love my son to death and want him back with meDarkRed :confused:

You need to get cleared for the allegation by DCF and/or the police, then you should be able to get custody back. But you also may want to be very careful in that you seek custody fo the child based on the father's false allegation of abuse. You may want to make sure that you have a credible, responsible adult with you for a time when you see the child in case the child is being trained to lie on you. Be careful.
