I work for an automobile dealership, in Wyoming, as a salesperson and work at least 56hrs or more a week. I recieve my first draw mid-month and then final check with commision on first business day of following month. Recently I had a family emergency and had to leave work early and let my fellow salesman know and called the owner serveral times till he finally returned to buisness. He stated that he was going to dock my draw for the hours I missed. Is this legal? I didn't sign any papers stating that there was a minimum hours that had to be put in. Is there a law that states the minimum hours required of a salesperson in order to recieve full pay?

The draw is not your "pay", so I know of no law which would require the employer to pay your full draw if you are absent from work.
