I gave my 2 week notice on Thursday. The following Monday the employer told me to leave the work immediately. They did agree to pay me for the 2 weeks I was going to work, but did not provide the final paycheck that day. When is the final paycheck due? Did they have to provide it to me on my last day? Or do I have to wait until the end of the 2 weeks?

Normally, final pay is due on your last day worked. However, this may depend on whether they kept you on the books as employee and paid out your notice pay as salary continuation, or whether they reflected your termination date as the last day you worked and paid out your notice pay as "pay in lieu of notice". What is your actual termination date on the employee's records?
