My employer placed me on a three day LOA, to conduct what I was told is an investigation. It has now been a week, I have made calls that have not been returned, my boss has no answers to when I will start back to work or even if I still have a job. I dont know what actions to take at this point...how long do they have until they HAVE to give me some answers? I do not know if I even am employed by the company any longer. Please Help!
Based SOLELY on the few facts you have provided, nothing your employer has done is in violation of any laws. But we have very little info to go on. What were you suspended for? What are they investigating?

I was placed on leave for what could best be called an improper releasing of a product. The situation went like this, our store director was out on business, so I was left in charge, the most rookie of all of our management staff, however the most able. Our sales goal for the day was set very high, and nearing the end of the day our team was looking close. Eight o clock came and that was closing time, but we need another 1000 in sales procesed for the day. Following the advise of my senior management staff I released a TV that was set up for release a week later. I noted the Television so that the customer would still get their TV on the date they wanted, and the store made budget by releasing the sale. In the end the customer got the TV as promised. My opperations manager, second in command, called in my premature release of the TV. The next day I was placed on admininstrative leave while an investigation into the issue could be conducted. Prior to my going on leave I admited guilt, in fact I wasn't trying to hide the issue, my name was all over the released TV and two other managers were involved. I wrote a letter of guilt and appolagy, and began my leave the next day. To which now it has been exactly one week, or four business days. I guess my question mainly is if there are any laws regarding administrative leaves?
If you are asking whether there are any laws dictating how long they can suspend you for, how long they have to complete their investigation, etc., the answer is no, there are not.

Yes there is, but it is not relevant in this situation. The law does not require that you receive a paid suspension, even if you are an exempt employee. The employer may suspend even exempt employees without pay under these circumstances.
Andrea, what Patty says is correct because you have been out for a full week. If you had been out for less than a week, it would have to have been a paid suspension because you were not suspended for one of the reasons that qualifies for a salary docking for exempt employees. But any time you do not work for a full work week, they do not have to pay you.
