My exwife moved back to her home state of florida after we seperated and of course she took my daughter.My daughter has said to me she would prefer to move back here to georgia.My question is at what age does a child have a say in where she lives.She is almost 11 and is a very mature girl for her age .

You can pursue custody and hte judge may listen to what she has to say, but the judge decides, regardless of the child's age.
