Read some of the other threads on terminating parental rights. You would have to be married, in any case, normally for at least a year. It's probably time to buck up and realize he will get rights. If you are truly concerned of his violent acts then push for supervised visitation but know that it will likely remain that way for a short period of time and that you must prove his violent acts. You could also try for the supervised to start due to the little contact that there has been. |
