Nothing is forever. He lasted more than half the season.

You asked two months ago if Romano was going to be "knocked off" and I
replied, "to my knowledge" he was not. That is not profuse denial.

Unfortunately I have not worked on the show since, or I might have been able
to "give you a hand", "arm you with foreknowledge", and "brace" you for
this "crushing blow" that has undoubtedly "propelled" you into anxiety.

Alas, poor Romano is but cheese.

I'm just teasing you. All night, my hubby said, aww man, Romano's toast, and
I said, no no, it's gotta be a twist! ;-) I actually thought Chunie (sp) was
the nurse that got the blade in the back, and thought she was the one who was
going to die. Then I saw her at the end and said..."aww man, it WAS Romano.
I'm gonna go downstairs and yell at Ray now". LOL

No, since I have vested interest in it. Vladi left a year ago after 7 years
as TV nannym but I have no idea who those people are. I watched in in
