I have a question about our Deed Restrictions which state (Exterior walls of any and all residence constructed shall contain not less than fifty percent (50%) masonry veneer.) My question is would this be 50 % of the total exterior square footage allowing a person to put the masonry on the back and side walls and another siding besides masonry on the front of the house?

Impossible to answer but assuming you have deed so I suggest taking it to a local real estaet attorney for review. The issue is the wording of the deed restriction and what the intended limits of the restriction are. As for 50% masonry exterior, impossible to guess not seeing the deed restriction itself.
