Well, the ex showed up at my 9 year old daughter's school with temporary custody papers with a deputy sherriff and just took her. I was helpless, nothing could I do. He won't allow me to see them until April 12. He's the man, huh. I just don't understand him. I hate him. I hope he rots in hell.

Just so you know that you are not alone. I hope mine ex is there with yours. I just got served with papers that he is trying to take the kids from me and alot of other stuff that is just way beyond my idea of fair. Good luck with what ever you have going on.

On what grounds did the judge give him temp custody???? Do you have a lawyer?
