I have spent over the last 3 months working at my husbands company with the agreement that he would save the money normally paid to the position and pay the family bills with that money. Needless to say I have worked 6 days a week, 12 hours a day and recieved no money and now he says I must use my second income from another job to pay my half of the bills. He admittingly used the money he saved from not paying me to buy things for his new company. Do I have any rights and what are they. He now says he doesn't need me, that he can now afford to hire someone to do the job and I need to leave the office and refuses to give me a dime for all of the time I spent running his company. What can I do?

This sounds more like marriage issue than an employment law one. Are you partners in the business?
