Okay, long story made short im 16 and pregnate. Oops.... and yay. Well, I currently live in Denver, Colorado but Im planning on moving to Las vegas, Nevada ( where our beautiful baby gurl will be born) so I was wondering if anyone knew if the father's name HAD to be put on the Birth Certificate. Cuz if not than I'd rather not. ( Not that I dont love my fiance and care for him I just wonder whether he'll be a good father) So just in case something bad does take place then Is it a must?

You dont have to have him sign the birth certificate but regardless of how you feel he will be in his fatherly role, he can still get rights by having a simple dna test, and taking you to court. Are you moving there with him? If so you may want to figure out if he will be a positive person for you and your baby before leaving state with him.

You love him and you care for him? "BUT"... MABEY YOU SHOULD RECONSIDER THE WHOLE MATTER!!! IT'S PRETTY AMBIGUOUS!
